Practice Configuration in 10 Minutes

Quoting Anne Crossman's "Study Smart, Study Less": "Practice makes memory." Check out the Config Museum labs, which let you browse, find a topic of interest, and study - any time you have 5-10 spare minutes. And watch for more soon in my CCNA blog about how to do these with Cisco's DevNet all-on-one VM!

Cisco Champion

Like Tweets and blogs about Cisco Tech? From people who aren't from Cisco, but work with Cisco tech every day? Check out folks with the Cisco Champion program. It's a Cisco program to identify non-Cisco employees who are active online about Cisco tech, which helps all of us tune in for some fun and useful info. And check out my first guest blog post at the Cisco Perspectives blog as a Cisco Champion – I’ll link to it here when it appears!

Deals for the New CCNP R/S Products

Cisco announced changes to the CCNP R/S certification in June '14.  There are still three exams (ROUTE, SWITCH, TSHOOT), all with exam numbers that begin with 300. The content is updated, with probably more added to ROUTE than SWITCH. And TSHOOT again is basically "troubleshoot most of ROUTE and SWITCH".

Cisco Press of course has products coming! I didn't write any of them, but people are asking, so... here's a link to the main product page!
